Junior Growth Manager
We are looking for a Junior Growth Manager who wants to effectively build a broad and deep competence within digital marketing together with our growing team in Örebro.

In your role as a consultant with us, you will help our customers with their digital marketing. Your duties are mainly to analyze data from customers' digital marketing activities and come up with recommendations, information and/or improvement measures for the customer's marketing. With a team of experienced colleagues, you will be responsible for our customers' strategy and execution of media purchases in Google Ads, or the customer's specific platform, as well as social platforms.
We would like to see you continuously learning and understanding the latest technologies and techniques in the industry. As you become confident in the role, we see that you can identify and implement relevant changes and innovations in the industry so we are constantly getting better.
As a person, we believe that you are positive and quick to learn and appreciate using data and technology to solve problems. We offer a mentorship where your mentor will guide you in your tasks.
We would like you to have:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent in economics, engineering, computer science, statistics, or similar.
- A good analytical ability.
- The ability to quickly familiarize yourself with and use technical platforms and systems
It is extra meritorious if you:
- Have experience or knowledge in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO and/or Google Analytics is a big plus.
- Have experience and knowledge in programming and Excel is also an advantage but not a requirement.
- Are proficient in other nordic languages
