We want another Growth Manager to join our digital marketing team in Örebro. Our Örebro office currently consists of fifteen co-workers, dedicated to working within either digital marketing, analytics or software development. Apart from these closest peers, you can expect to collaborate with more colleagues and clients across the whole of Piktiv.
This role is geared towards people who want to take their love of digital marketing and marketing automation to the next level. In this role you will manage client projects in digital marketing where you will continuously push forward how we work with Marketing Automation (MA) to grow our customers' business. This includes everything from strategic work, implementation, maintenance and continuous learning to keep us updated with the latest technology and developments. In order to accomplish this we believe that you are intrested and have the ability to understand the clients business.
You will also work as a consultant and help our clients with their digital marketing. Your duties are mainly to grow the customer's business with digital tools such as analyzing data from customers' digital marketing activities and come up with recommendations, information and/or improvement measures for the customer's marketing. With a team of experienced colleagues, you will be responsible for our customers' strategy and execution for media purchases in Google and Facebook, as well as other relevant platforms.

We would like you to have:
- Hands-on experience of MA work with different types of platforms and tools.
- In-depth knowledge in technical and strategic marketing automation
- Experience from tools such as Adobe, ActiveCampaign, Hubspot, Pardot, Salesforce, general CRM systems and Analytics platforms.
- A burning interest in digital marketing
- A good habit of setting requirements for both developers and marketing managers as well as running projects from analysis to implementation
- A very good knowledge of Swedish and English both orally and in writing
It is extra meritorious if you:
- Have worked at a digital agency
- Have knowledge in SEM, SEO or other digital channels
- Have experience in Web analytics
